¨ $40.00 application fee and credit check/ $80.00 joint
¨ Two government picture Ids
¨ Social security card
¨ Job letter (must be employed for two consecutive year)
¨ Last two check stubs if bi-weekly/four if weekly/two check stubs VI Retirees/Social Security Verification Letter. If self-employed last two (2) years taxes filed and stamped. Additional information may be required.
¨ Proof of residence: Provide one: Utility bill, lease agreement or deed, and two current rent receipts. (Note: If bill is not in your name a notarized letter from the person is required along with recent bill.)
¨ Security deposit is based on credit score.
